We reject the performance of wellness–the beige aesthetic, the forced optimism, the illusion that healing must look graceful. ¶ We reject the pressure to hide sadness. ¶ Healing is never clean. ¶ It is neither silent nor soft. ¶ You are allowed to fall apart. ¶ You are allowed to take space. ¶ We reject the idea that spirituality belongs only to those who claim to be spiritual. ¶ At home, we all create rituals–the objects we arrange, the corners we return to, the gestures that help us breathe. ¶ These are interpretations of altars, shaped by repetition and attachment. ¶ We do not offer escape. ¶ We offer honesty. ¶ We offer a way to stay with yourself when everything else collapses. ¶ Vulnerability creates proximity. ¶ Emotional signals invite care. ¶ Connection precedes healing. ¶ What is seen is more likely to be held.
